Band Concerts – Stewards Needed

We are looking for volunteers to help with stewarding duties at the forthcoming Band Concerts.

Are you available to help on any of the following dates.

30 July

6, 13 or 20 August.

We ideally would need you from about 2:15pm until 4:45pm. Refreshments will be available. If you are able and willing to help. Please email [email protected]

Help Wanted

We are in desperate need of volunteers to help erect and dismantle the marquee and staging on the following dates:

6, 13 & 20 August

We need help with the following

10:30 meet in the park near HR Museum.

  • Move staging from garage and set up
  • Set up main marquee
  • Set up gazebos
  • Set sound system up
  • Get chairs required to Marquee
  • Get chairs for rent moved

16:30 Meet in the park

  • Take down marquee
  • Take down gazebos
  • Fold up and remove staging
  • Chairs to garage
  • Sound system returned
  • Waste bins emptied and removed
