Pinner Village Show – Pinner Rotary

Pinner Rotary are planning to hold a Village Show this year in Pinner  Memorial Park on Saturday September 11^th, hopefully to celebrate a return to normal activities and provide some much needed entertainment for the residents of Pinner. This is subject to Covid regulations.

Holding the show depends on the Government Road Map proceeding according to plan and all restrictions on large gatherings being lifted. Unfortunately, unlike other outdoor venues, we cannot control who enters the Memorial Park so there may be some regulations imposed, even after lockdown ends, which we cannot adhere to and we would have to cancel the event. With this in mind we would like to state the following:

We will make every effort to host the Village Show. However, the situation may arise where we consider that we are unable to meet the requirements necessary to comply fully with prevailing Covid guidelines, as issued by the relevant authorities, and may reluctantly decide to cancel the event.
