Pinner Local History Society begins 2024 with an intriguing talk by Simon Morgan, ‘2000 years of Traffic Signs’. Simon chairs the Ruislip Local History Society and is chair of the BSI committee that is responsible for traffic signs. He was asked by the Department for Transport to combine his two interests by writing their official ’History of Traffic Signs”. Simon’s research for the book forms the subject of his talk.
